Someone of our team will meet you in the St.Petersburg airport since June 26th and will assist you with transportation to the Hotel.

The registration of foreign participants will start on June 27th in the morning in the Hotel "St.Petersburg".

For your convenience, the Hotel "St.Petersburg" address is: 5/2, Pirogovskaya embankment. This hotel is located on the Neva river, cruiser "Aurora" is at the opposite bank - that is well-known reference point to find this location. The closest metro station is "Ploscshad Lenina" (Finland railway station).

There is about 10 minutes walking from this station to the hotel. See information under "Hotel/Map" menu item for more detailed map around the Hotel.

For the attention of the Laser Optics - 2010 participants who need a visa to enter Russia and attend to the conference.

Note that the invitation letters issued by our visa department and provided for you by the conference organizers are not the visas itself and don´t provide entering Russia directly. You have to apply for your business visa in a Russian consulate and attach this invitation to your application form.

If you have got the hotel voucher instead the invitation, you have to apply for a tourist visa.

The Program and Organizing Committee of LO´2010 Conference decided to prolong the invitation for paper submission till March, 26, 2010.

Hence, the reduced pre-payment of the Conference fee 500€ (400€ instead of) for regular participants and 150€ (100€ instead of) for students terms will be accepted till April 30, 2010.
