Submission and Publication

Submissions to ICLO are made through the submission system and consist of two parts:

1) (mandatory) 250-word technical abstracts, which are the base for selection by the Program Committee via the double-blind peer-review;

2) (optional) one-page PDF summaries prepared according to the IEEE template requirements intended for inclusion in the ICLO proceedings for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. One-page PDF summaries must be submitted alongside with 250-word abstracts.

As submitted by the authors, the one-page PDF summaries of all accepted peer-reviewed abstracts may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library under the condition they meet IEEE template requirements, pass CrossCheck (https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/cross-check-main.html), and are written in good English.

Please note that for publication, the authors of all accepted PDF summaries will have to provide a transfer of copyright through the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) implemented in the ICLO submission system.
